Are there any preservatives used in the Annie's dog treats?

All of my dog treats are baked fresh and only using wholesome ingredients with NO added preservatives, additives, sugar or salt. I use the finest quality baking ingredients that are safe for your pet, including treat decorations made with carob or yogurt. (NO chocolate is ever used.)

What types of ingredients are used?

Ingredients: I use whole-wheat flour, unbleached flour, egg, peanut butter, canola oil, egg whites, cornmeal, cinnamon, honey, peanuts, sesame seeds, carob, yogurt, chicken, vanilla, baking powder, rice flour, corn starch, soybean oil, and wheat germ.

How do I store treats for my pet?

For General Storage: Store my dog treats how you would normally store your baked cookies. Shelf life for my dog biscuits are (3) months. My softer dog treats such as cupcakes, brownies and cakes, shelf life is (1) month. I do not recommend storing treats in the refrigerator. However you can freeze them nicely to extend shelf life for several months.
